About Stephen Phillip Monteiro
Stephen Phillip Monteiro spent over 20 years as a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service. He is an expert in security, forensics, intelligence, and bioterrorism and was a member of the elite Presidential Protective Division at the White House.
After his federal career, Stephen served in leadership positions in the private sector. He was a Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton and a Senior Vice President with PotomacWave Consulting. He was a Senior Advisor to the Director of Weapons of Mass Destruction Intelligence for the DHS, focusing on bioterrorism. Stephen received the Director of National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation for his work on Iraqi scientists.

He has appeared on episodes of Forensic Files, the National Geographic Channel, America’s Book of Secrets on the History Channel, and local television newscasts.
Stephen and his wife Carmela live in the beautiful town of Annapolis. They are the proud parents of two wonderful sons, Ryan and Jared. They love to travel and thoroughly enjoy spending time with their four beautiful grandchildren and amazing dog “Beans.”
